Financial FAQs
How much will therapy cost?
My fee is $275 for each 45-minute session.
Do you take my insurance?
I am out-of-network with all insurance companies. I will provide you with a superbill, which you can use to seek insurance reimbursement.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
I reserve 10% of my practice for pro-bono patients and half for sliding scale. Presently, I have no availability for new sliding scale patients. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to be added to the waitlist for sliding scale: I may also be able to help you find a referral that is financially accessible.
Logistical FAQs
Where is your office?
I see patients virtually via a secure Telehealth platform, as well as in-person in my office on the Upper West Side.
How often will I come to therapy?
Initially, at least weekly. We can step down to less frequent sessions after about two months. I also see many patients at a more frequent cadence.
How long will therapy take?
It is impossible to say. Generally, I do long-term and open-ended therapeutic work.
